Ingredients: 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons, boiling water; 2 ounces (57 grams), unsweetened chocolate, chopped fine; 1/3 cup (1 ounce/28 grams), Dutch-processed cocoa powder; 2 1/2 cups (17 1/2 ounces/496 grams), sugar; 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons, vegetable oil; 2 , large eggs plus 2 large yolks; 4 tablespoons, unsalted butter, melted; 2 teaspoons, vanilla extract; 1 3/4 cups (8 3/4 ounces/248 grams), all-purpose flour; 3/4 teaspoon, salt; 1 cup (6 ounces/170 grams), peanut butter chips; 1/2 cup, marshmallow crème
