Ingredients: 1 cup (4½ ounces), chickpea flour; ¾ teaspoon, table salt; ¼ teaspoon, pepper; 2¼ cups, water; 2 tablespoons, extra-virgin olive oil; 2 quarts, vegetable oil for frying; , Lemon wedges; 1 recipe dipping, sauce (see note)
