Ingredients: 6 cups, water; 1½ ounces whole,, dried hibiscus flowers (about 1 1⁄2 cups); 6 (3-inch) strips, orange zest plus 2 tablespoons juice; 6 (2-inch) strips, lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons juice; 1 (1⁄2-inch) piece, ginger, peeled and sliced thin; 1 , cinnamon stick; 1 , star anise pod; 1 , whole clove; ¼ cup, cane syrup, plus extra for seasoning; 9 ounces, dark rum; 6 , mint sprigs; 6 , lemon wheels
