Mark Huxsoll is a test cook for Cook's Country. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America, he cooked his way through kitchens in Philadelphia and Chicago, with a brief stint abroad in Copenhagen on an organic farm. He is a coffee, natural wine, and music lover and always on the lookout to cook, eat, and drink something new paired with a carefully curated playlist.
