Name: Fresh Tomato Vodka Sauce

Ingredients: 3 tablespoons, extra-virgin olive oil; 2 , garlic cloves, minced; 2 pounds, plum tomatoes, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces; 1/2 cup, heavy cream; 1/4 cup, vodka; 3/4 teaspoon, table salt; 1/2 teaspoon, sugar; 1/4 cup grated, Parmesan cheese; 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh basil; 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper
