Why This Recipe Works
For a chrusciki recipe that tasted authentic, we found that we didn't need to include rum, which is a traditional chrusciki ingredient. The temperature of the butter is important in this chrusciki recipe. Melting and cooling it gave our cookies the ideal texture.
