Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups (7 1/2 ounces/213 grams), all-purpose flour; 1 teaspoon, baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon, salt; 1 1/4 cups, creamy peanut butter (see note); 3/4 cup (5 1/4 ounces/149 grams), packed light brown sugar; 8 tablespoons (1 stick), unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly; 1/2 cup, light corn syrup; 1/4 cup (1¾ ounces/50 grams), granulated sugar; 1 , large egg plus 1 egg yolk; 1 teaspoon, vanilla extract; 1/3 cup, dry-roasted peanuts, chopped fine
