Name: Avocado-Corn Relish
Ingredients: 1 ear, corn, husked and cut in half; 1 , ripe but still firm avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced large (see illustration below); 1/2 small, red onion, diced small; 1/2 small, red bell pepper, cored, seeded, and diced small; 2 1/2 tablespoons, juice from 2 to 3 limes; 2 tablespoons, extra virgin olive oil; 1 1/2 tablespoons, red wine vinegar; 1 1/2 tablespoons, chopped fresh oregano leaves; 1 medium, garlic clove, minced or pressed through a garlic press (about 1 teaspoon); 1 teaspoon, ground cumin; 1/4 teaspoon, chili powder; Pinch , hot red pepper sauce, or to taste
