Cumin-Crusted Bluefish Fillets with Avocado-Corn Relish
These fillets are perfect for the grill—we just needed to get their flavor in check.
Why This Recipe Works
We used a marinade assertively flavored with lemon and a bit of mustard in our grilled bluefish fillets recipe, to stand up to the oiliness of the bluefish. Grilling was easy; we simply grilled the fish directly on the cooking grate, where it developed a nice crust, and made sure to turn it carefully. A grill basket was unnecessary for our grilled bluefish fillets recipe, and actually made things more difficult.
