Name: Marinated Tomato Salad with Jalapeño and Queso Blanco

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds, ripe tomatoes, cored and sliced into 1/2-inch wedges; 1/2 teaspoon, salt; 2 tablespoons, extra virgin olive oil; 1 tablespoon, lime juice; 1 , garlic clove, minced; 1 tablespoon, jalapeño chile, seeded and chopped fine; 1 , ripe avocado, pitted, skinned, and chopped; 1/4 cup, chopped fresh cilantro leaves; 1/2 teaspoon, pepper; 1/4 cup, crumbled queso fresco (see note)
