While making burger toppings, we decided to create a few flavored ketchups.

WHY THIS RECIPE WORKS

It’s easy to turn ordinary ketchup into an interesting burger topping by adding other ingredients. For a Southwestern-inspired ketchup, we added molasses and a minced chipotle chile.
