Ingredients: 1 1/4 cups, all-purpose flour; 1 1/2 tablespoons, sugar; 1 teaspoon, baking soda; 3/4 teaspoon, table salt; 1 1/4 cups, low-fat buttermilk (see headnote); 1/4 cup, sour cream; 2 , large eggs, separated; 2 , egg white; 2 tablespoons, unsalted butter, melted and cooled; 1 - 2 tablespoons, vegetable oil
