Ingredients: 2 3/4 cups (13¾ ounces/390 grams), all-purpose flour; 1 1/4 cups (8¾ ounces/248 grams), sugar; 1 teaspoon, baking powder; 1/4 teaspoon, table salt; 2 , large egg yolks; 6 tablespoons, sour cream; 1 tablespoon, vanilla extract; 12 tablespoons, unsalted butter (1½ sticks), melted and slightly cooled
