Ingredients: 2 tablespoons, vegetable oil; 1/2 cup, grated onion; 1 tablespoon, grated fresh ginger; 1 teaspoon, garlic powder; 1/4 teaspoon, cayenne pepper; 1 1/2 cups, ketchup; 3 tablespoons, hoisin sauce; 3 tablespoons, soy sauce; 3 tablespoons, cider vinegar; 2 tablespoons, Dijon mustard
