Ingredients: 1/4 cup, extra-virgin olive oil; 3 tablespoons, balsamic vinegar; 1 , shallot, minced; , Salt and pepper; 1/2 , English cucumber, cut into ½-inch pieces; 1 , romaine lettuce heart (6 ounces), cut into ½-inch pieces; 1 small, head radicchio (6 ounces), halved, cored, and cut into ½-inch pieces; 1 , apple, cored and cut into ½-inch pieces; 4 ounces, goat cheese, crumbled (1 cup); 1/2 cup coarsely chopped toasted, pecans; 1/2 cup, dried cranberries; 1/4 cup, fresh basil leaves, torn into 1-inch pieces
