As far as kitchen tools go, a rasp grater is one of the most useful. Over the past several years, we have used our favorite model to grate hundreds of pounds of everything from hard cheese to horseradish. But with more styles popping up on today's shelves, we decided to put our trusty standby to the test, pitting it against three new rasp-style graters. We tested each model on four tasks, but in the end, only one of them aced all four.
