We love the traditional antipasto platter served at Italian restaurants, chock-full of cured meats, cheese, and pickled vegetables. It's a full-flavored and satisfying dish-and something that we thought would translate well to a hearty pasta salad.

Italian Crunchy Potato Wedges

The fried potato wedges from our local fast-food joint are worth the trip-their spicy, light, and crunchy coating contrasts perfectly with their fluffy interior. We wondered if we could find a way to make these fast-food-style potato wedges at home.
