Blue Cheese-Chive Butter

Makes about 1/4 cup
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons crumbled blue cheese
- Pepper
- Combine butter, chives, garlic, Worcestershire, blue cheese, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper in bowl.
