Aggression Cookies

Aggression Cookies are chewy oatmeal cookies, unique in that they’re mixed with the hands and kneaded. While light and dark brown sugar will both work in our Aggression Cookies recipe, we prefer using milder light brown. We also favor the chewy texture of old-fashioned oats compared to the cakey texture of quick oats for this Aggression Cookies recipe.
