Name: Cream Cheese Frosting
Yield: Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients: 4 tablespoons, unsalted butter, softened; 1 cup (4 ounces), confectioners' sugar; 4 ounces, cream cheese, cut into 4 pieces and softened; 3/4 teaspoon, vanilla extract
