Yield: Makes about 24 cookies
Ingredients: 3 cups (15 ounces/425 grams), all-purpose flour; 3/4 cup packed (5 1/4 ounces/149 grams), dark brown sugar; 1 tablespoon, ground cinnamon; 1 tablespoon, ground ginger; 3/4 teaspoon, baking soda; 1/2 teaspoon, ground cloves; 1/2 teaspoon, Salt; 12 tablespoons, unsalted butter, melted and cooled; 3/4 cup, molasses; 2 tablespoons, milk
