Ingredients: 3 tablespoons, unsalted butter; 1 , onion, halved and sliced thin; 1 head, red cabbage (2 pounds), cored and sliced 1/2 inch thick; 1 cup, red wine; 1/2 cup, frozen orange juice concentrate; 1 1/2 tablespoons, packed brown sugar; , Salt and pepper; 1 , Granny Smith apple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1/4-inch pieces; 3 tablespoons minced, fresh parsley
