Ingredients: 2 pounds, green beans, trimmed and cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths; , Salt and pepper; 1 , shallot, minced; 1 tablespoon, Dijon mustard; 1 teaspoon, grated lemon zest plus 3 tablespoons juice; 1 , garlic clove, minced; 1/4 cup, extra-virgin olive oil; 8 , radishes, trimmed and sliced thin; 3 tablespoons, minced fresh dill; 1/2 cup, sliced almonds, toasted
