Ingredients: 3 pounds, small red potatoes, unpeeled, sliced 1/4 inch thick; , Salt and pepper; 3 , garlic cloves, unpeeled; 1/3 cup, pine nuts; 3 cups, fresh basil leaves; 1 ounce, Parmesan cheese, grated (1/2 cup); 1 teaspoon, grated lemon zest plus 2 tablespoons juice; 1/2 cup, extra-virgin olive oil; 1/4 cup, capers, rinsed and minced; 1 , large shallot, minced
