Ingredients: 2 pounds, plum tomatoes, cored and chopped; 1 cup, packed light brown sugar; 1/2 , onion, chopped; 3 tablespoons, lemon juice; 2 teaspoons, grated fresh ginger; 1 teaspoon, ground cumin; 3/4 teaspoon, salt; 1/8 teaspoon, red pepper flakes
