Ingredients: 1 cup, buttermilk; 2/3 cup, honey; 2 , large eggs; 4 tablespoons, unsalted butter, melted; 1 1/4 cups (6 1/4 ounces/177 grams), all-purpose flour; 1 cup (5 ounces/142 grams), cornmeal; 1 teaspoon, table salt; 1 teaspoon, baking powder; 1/4 teaspoon, baking soda
