Name: Swedish Pancakes
Yield: Serves 4 to 6 (Makes 15 pancakes)
Ingredients: 2 cups, instant flour (see note); 1/4 cup, sugar; 1 teaspoon, salt; 1 1/2 cups, half-and-half; 1 1/2 cups, club soda; 9 tablespoons, unsalted butter, melted and cooled; 2 , large eggs, lightly beaten; 2 , large egg yolk, lightly beaten
