Ingredients: 3 (5-ounce), cans solid white albacore tuna packed in water (see note); 1/4 cup, minced onion; 2 tablespoons, olive oil; 1 tablespoon, lemon juice; 1/2 teaspoon, grated lemon zest; 1 tablespoon, finely chopped fresh dill; 1/2 teaspoon, table salt; 1/2 teaspoon, black pepper; 1/2 teaspoon, sugar; 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons, mayonnaise (see note); 1 , celery rib, chopped fine
