Ingredients: 2 1/2 cups, whole milk; 1 large, egg plus 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten; 1/4 cup (1¾ ounces/50 grams) plus 1 tablespoon, granulated sugar; 1 tablespoon packed, light brown sugar; 1/4 teaspoon, salt; 1/4 cup, Minute tapioca; 1 teaspoon, vanilla extract; 1/2 cup, heavy cream, chilled
