Ingredients: 1/2 cup, red wine vinegar; 1/4 cup, sugar; 3 tablespoons, vegetable oil; 1 small, red onion, halved and sliced thin; 2 , garlic cloves, minced; , Salt and pepper; 8 ounces, green beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces; 8 ounces, yellow wax beans, trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces; 1 (16-ounce) can, kidney beans, drained and rinsed; 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley
