We pureed the low-fat cottage cheese with boiling water to eliminate its graininess and improve the dip’s creamy texture. Flavorful blue cheese added an assertive, tangy bite to our Reduced-Fat Creamy Blue Cheese Dip.

Traditional recipes have 370 calories, 38 grams of fat, and 10 grams of saturated fat per 1/3 cup serving. Our changes brought the numbers down to 110 calories, 7 grams of fat, and 3 grams of saturated fat.
