Ingredients: 1/4 cup, extra virgin olive oil; 2 teaspoons, paprika; 1 teaspoon, sugar; 1/4 teaspoon, red pepper flakes; 6 , garlic cloves, sliced thin; 3 tablespoons, juice from 1 lemon; 2 tablespoons, finely chopped fresh parsley; , Salt and pepper; 2 , pork tenderloins (1 1/2 to 2 pounds total), each cut into 4 equal pieces and pounded 1/4 inch thick (see note)
