Ingredients: 2 pounds, pork tenderloins (2 loins total), cut crosswise into 1-inch pieces; 3 tablespoons, vegetable oil; 1 , onion, chopped fine; 1 , red bell pepper, seeded and chopped fine; 1 , jalapeño chile, seeded and minced; 1 teaspoon, ground cumin; 1/4 teaspoon, allspice; 9 ounces, mango chutney (1 jar); 3 tablespoons, fresh lime juice, from 2 limes; 1 teaspoon, grated lime zest
