Ingredients: 3 cups (15 ounces/425 grams), all-purpose flour; 2 teaspoons, baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon, salt; 1 1/4 cups, Nutella spread; 4 tablespoons, unsalted butter, softened; 1 1/3 cups (9⅓ ounces/265 grams), granulated sugar; 1 teaspoon, vanilla extract; 1 teaspoon, instant espresso powder; 2 large, eggs; 1/3 cup, milk; 1 1/2 cups, hazelnuts, toasted and chopped fine; 1 cup (4 ounces/113 grams), confectioners' sugar
