Ingredients: 8 ounces Mexican-style, chorizo sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces; 1 , onion, chopped fine; 4 , garlic cloves, minced; 1 teaspoon, dried oregano; 1 teaspoon, chili powder; 1 pound, pinto beans, soaked overnight and drained; 1 , (12-ounce) beer (see note); 5 cups, water; 1 tablespoon, brown sugar; 2 teaspoons, minced canned chipotle chiles in adobo; , Salt; 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh cilantro leaves; 1 tablespoon, lime juice
