Name: Marinated Tomato Salad with Olives and White Beans

Ingredients: 1 1/2 pounds, ripe tomatoes, cored and sliced into 1/2-inch wedges; 1/2 teaspoon, salt; 1 (16-ounce) cans, cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (see note); 2 tablespoons, extra virgin olive oil; 1 tablespoon, balsamic vinegar; 1 , garlic clove, minced; 2 teaspoons, minced fresh rosemary; 1/2 teaspoon, pepper; 1/4 cup, kalamata olives, finely chopped; 1/4 cup, pine nuts, toasted (see note)
