Ingredients: 8 slices, bacon, chopped; 1 small, onion, chopped fine; 2 , red bell peppers, seeded and chopped fine; 4 , garlic cloves, minced; 1/2 cup, white wine; 1 , (8-ounce) bottle clam juice; 3 , (6.5-ounce) cans chopped clams, drained; 2 tablespoons, chopped fresh parsley; 1 tablespoon, chopped fresh oregano; 3 tablespoons, unsalted butter; 1 cup, toasted bread crumbs
