Ingredients: 1 , (16-ounce) can whole-berry cranberry sauce; 1 1/2 cups, low-sodium chicken broth; 1 , large egg, beaten; 1/3 cup, raisins; 1 teaspoon, grated orange zest; 1 teaspoon, salt; 1/2 teaspoon, pepper; 6 tablespoons, unsalted butter; 1 , onion, chopped fine; 2 , celery ribs, chopped fine; 1 , garlic clove, minced; 1 teaspoon, dried thyme; 1 teaspoon, dried sage; 1 , (20-inch) French baguette, torn into 3/4-inch chunks (about 10 cups)
