Ingredients: 1 teaspoon, ground cinnamon; 1 teaspoon, grated orange zest plus 2 tablespoons juice from 1 orange; 1 teaspoon, salt; 1 , large egg white, beaten; 2 pounds, sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1-inch cubes; 1/2 cup, toasted cashew, cooled, and chopped fine; 1/2 cup, eggnog; 1/4 teaspoon, nutmeg; 1/3 cup, heavy cream; 4 tablespoons, brown sugar; 4 tablespoons, butter, softened
