Ingredients: 2 1/3 cups (11⅔ ounces/331 grams), all-purpose flour; 1/2 teaspoon, baking powder; 1/2 teaspoon, table salt; 16 tablespoons, unsalted butter (2 sticks), softened but still cool; 1 cup packed (7 ounces/198 grams), light brown sugar; 1 , large egg; 1 teaspoon, vanilla extract; 1 cup, Heath Toffee Bits (without chocolate); 1 1/2 cups (9 ounces/255 grams), semisweet chocolate chips; 1 tablespoon, vegetable oil; 2/3 cup, pecans, toasted and chopped fine
