Name: Special Sauce
Yield: Serves 12 (Makes 1 1/2 cups)
Ingredients: 1/2 cup, ketchup; 1/2 cup, vegetable oil or canola oil; 1/4 cup, white wine vinegar or distilled white vinegar; 2 tablespoons, sugar; 1 teaspoon, grated onion; 1/4 teaspoon, Tabasco sauce (or more to taste); 1 cup, mayonnaise; 1/4 cup, sweet pickle relish, drained well
