Name: Ultimate Caesar Salad

Ingredients: 3/4 cup, extra-virgin olive oil; 2 , garlic cloves, minced; 1/2 teaspoon, table salt, divided; 1/2 teaspoon, pepper, divided; 4 ounces, ciabatta, cut into ½-inch cubes (4 cups); 1 , large egg yolk; 1 tablespoon, lemon juice; 2 teaspoons, Worcestershire sauce; 2 teaspoons, Dijon mustard; 2 , anchovy fillets, rinsed and minced, plus extra fillets for serving (optional); 1/4 cup, grated Parmesan cheese, plus 1½ ounces shredded (½ cup); 2 , romaine lettuce hearts (12 ounces), cut into 1-inch pieces
