   To get Cook’s Country magazine on your iPad, go to the Apple app store and download the free Cook’s Country magazine app for iPad.  Within the app you will find options to purchase individual issues or start a subscription to receive each issue as it is published.

2. How is the Cook’s Country magazine app for iPad different than the print magazine?

   Accessing Cook’s Country magazine on the iPad is similar to the print magazine, but with many enhancements.  The iPad version will have specially designed slide shows to illustrate step-by-step procedures that will make it easier to see how the recipe comes together in your kitchen. 3. What are the different ways I can subscribe or purchase Cook’s Country magazine within the Cook’s Country magazine app for iPad?

   We are offering several ways to access Cook’s Country magazine within the Cook’s Country magazine app for iPad.  We offer 2 different types of subscriptions:  You can subscribe on a month-to-month basis (which includes a 7-day Free Trial) for only $1.99/month; or you can subscribe annually (which includes a 30-day Free Trial) for only $19.99/year.  Or you can purchase a single copy of Cook’s Country for $4.99.  All options are described on our app page in the Apple App Store.

4. If I am a current Cook’s Country magazine print subscriber, do I get a discount when purchasing Cook’s Country magazine issues within the Cook’s Country magazine app for iPad?

   At this time, there is no discount for the digital version of Cook’s Country on the iPad for current print subscribers.  Unlike most publishers, which are mostly concerned about selling advertisements, Cook’s Country does not accept any advertising or promotional revenue.  We are 100% ADVERTISING FREE, and rely on the revenue from our magazine subscriptions and single issue sales to support our product.  Considering the costs involved in creating, maintaining and updating our magazine on the iPad, we have no choice but to charge for subscriptions.

5. If I am a current member of CooksCountry.com, do I get a discount when purchasing Cook’s Country magazine issues within the Cook’s Country magazine app for iPad?

   At this time, there is no discount for the app for iPad subscription for current members of CooksCountry.com.

   Cook’s Country magazine’s app for iPad is downloaded via the Apple iTunes store.  Therefore your account is entirely managed within your Apple iTunes account.

   Your Cook’s Country Magazine app for iPad subscription will renew automatically at the end of each subscription term (either monthly or annually) depending on the term of service you sign up for within In-App purchase at the time of purchase.

10. How do I cancel my Cook’s Country magazine iPad subscription?

    Cancelling your Cook’s Country Magazine app for iPad subscription is managed through your iTunes Account Settings.  After logging into your iTunes Account, look for the option to manage your subscriptions under Settings, where you can turn off auto-renewal on your subscription. Once turned off, your subscription will not renew at the end of the current subscription term.

   To get Cook’s Country magazine on your Nook, go to the Nook store and, using your Nook account, follow the simple directions to either start your free trial subscription or to place an order for a single issue of the magazine.

   Barnes & Noble offers two ways to access Cook’s Country on the Nook. You can subscribe for a monthly fee of $1.66, and each new issue will be automatically downloaded to your device. Or you can purchase a single copy of the magazine for $4.95.
