Pasta Casserole
When the winner of our pasta casserole contest got married, her mother-in-law gave her this recipe as a wedding present. An alternative to lasagna, this "pie" has a crisp pasta crust that holds layers of herb-flavored ricotta cheese, meaty tomato sauce, and mozzarella. All you need is some garlic bread and a salad to make an original but simple meal.
